Our Presence in WA

BrightMark Group head office is located at: 102 Gugeri Street, Claremont WA 6010.

All contract management will be undertaken in WA, primarily by the Contract Manager based at our head office which is conveniently located in Claremont and offers easy access to all areas of Perth.

We have 9 sub stations to facilitate the regional part of Western Australia, which covers a large part of WA.

Our Induction and Training Programe

Stage 1
  • Hiring Employees
  • According to HR Planning we have identified that 30 more employees are required.
  • Based on the personnel referrals, suitable employees will be selected from an existing applicant pool.
  • If there are no suitable candidates identified, an advertisement may be placed on an Internet Job Listing site.

Stage 2
  • BrightMark Group Online Induction and BSCAA

Stage 3
  • Hands-on Cleaning Induction provided by the BrightMark Group
  • This is a half-day hands-on training course

Stage 4
  • Client OSH Site Induction
  • Airsservices onboarding requirements will be completed.

Stage 5
  • On-site Induction
  • Staff are provided site-specific training, including emergency procedures, OSH matters, site access, security, and cleaning schedules.
  • All new staff should work three weeks under the observation of our experienced trained staff member.

Stage 6
  • Ongoing Training
  • After three months with the BrightMark Group, all staff are encouraged to complete the 'Cleaning Operation and Asset Maintenance' Qualifications AQF Levels II & III.

Technological Advances

Bteam APP - is developed by BrightMark and all staff are trained to utilize this technology, which provides an extra level of transparency and confidence to our clients that our services are being delivered as per their agreed scope.

SmartSheet - provides photographic evidence of service delivery with digital date and time records of staff attendance. This is a really useful application to confirm vandalism, graffiti, and emergency incidents/damage, which can be reported instantly before and after cleaning with photographs.

Digitized Inspection Reports - All our inspection reports are designed uniquely to convey the transparency of our cleaning audit, which consists of up-to-date asset reports.

FleetMinder - This is our fleet tracking system, which collects real-time GPS data.
